However i do prefer not to leave any marks, but this hat needed something to cover up the glue, grease and pitting. Quite an update from the cheap thin felt it once was.

A bird hunting buddy brought me some schnapps back from his trip to Germany. He bought it from a farmer out in the countryside. Small batch distillery and all; numbered bottle. It was something like 80 - 88 proof. It had a faint touch of raspberries to it. As he tells it, the crap imported to the US is not the usual drink in Germany. A shot of schnapps was always had after dinner/before bed.
