The Mechanic’s Jacket Garage

I have recently begun collecting vintage mechanics jackets. I typically look for jackets with an embroidered name on the chest or interesting patches. I originally thought that the jackets looked a bit too rockabilly for my taste. That was until I stumbled upon some older work wear pictures and realized how great they look paired with a fedoras /flat caps and jeans.

I like 'em. In high school I had one similar to this but w/out the name. If I remember correctly it had a zip out lining.
