Fabrics for yer threads

Any one know where to get 1930s-40s style fabric? Im gonna start making ties and I want to make em the best i can to the period... obviously put my little twist to it. Your thoughts?? i know some cats say if its not from actually 1930 then why bother...

There are a few fabric shops in Beverly Hills that actually have silks or neckties that are from the 30s.

F&S fabrics is one... Tell them I sent you and they'll hopefully show you what they have left.
