I dont own the hats yet, looking into them first.

Any clues? Is this a vintage or modern hat? Surely you know more than just the name?

I know, I know, stop calling you Shirley. [emoji4]

What a Wright hat may look like...

Not many clues. Just basic info and a few pics. Does not appear to be older than late 60s early 70s.

Here's the wright, at least what I can get

I found an old post that compared them to Thoroughbred Hats and suggested they are the same hat with a different name.

If that’s correct they would be part of the now defunct Beaver Brand Hats, but that’s just my speculation.

The liners are different, but there are strong resemblances.

"since 1860 Imported Coney Fur" is stamped in this hat. Maybe they are the same company?

The liner tips are VERY similar. I think they are part of the Beaver Brand stable but I’ve learned better than to be too definitive. Beaver Brand had several different lines and some of them are great hats. As this is a rabbit fur felt hat, it isn’t at the top of the line. If the price is right I’d be interested.

The hat looks practically unused. The price seems reasonable for a 40+ year old hat in this condition. I'm looking for an every day hat as I have too many "Keepers" that sit on a shelf for display and I don't wear often... Thanks for your assistance..

OK, how about Bourse-Cellini hats from Milan?

https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/hat-rookie-on-ebay-did-i-do-well.24659/

“As far as the brand goes, I have one labelled "Bourse Cellini." It was an attempt to sound like that most famous of Italian hatmakers, namely Borsalino. They evidently had to drop the "Bourse" from their label (not surprising). It was a budget priced hat of surprisingly good quality. Not quite as good as Borsalino.”

I’m not sure. Might try using Google to search the Lounge (it’s the best way)

Thanks. I've searched and can't find anything other than another hat of that brand with no additional info. The hat is in great shape and again appears from the size label to be a late 60s hat. $30 seems fair.
